By accessing and using the lawn care services offered by A & N Family Lawn Care ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
A & N Family Lawn Care provides a range of lawn care services, including, but not limited to:
By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree that the Company will provide the lawn care services as outlined in the service agreement or order.
Services may be provided on a one-time, recurring, or subscription basis, depending on the nature of the agreement.
Services will be scheduled based on availability and customer preference. Customers will be notified in advance of the scheduled service date.
The Company reserves the right to modify service schedules in the event of inclement weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified of any rescheduled or delayed services.
All prices for lawn care services are subject to change and will be communicated to the customer before services are rendered.
Pricing is based on factors including, but not limited to, the size of the property, type of service, and frequency of service.
Payment for services is due in accordance with the agreed payment schedule, which may be one-time, recurring, or based on service completion.
The Company accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, checks, or other methods as specified.
A late fee may be applied if payment is not made within the specified terms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the lawn is accessible for service, including the removal of objects, pet waste, and other obstacles.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform the Company of any special instructions or concerns related to their lawn or property.
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions of the lawn, such as disease, damage, or unsatisfactory soil conditions, unless specified in the agreement.
Services provided are subject to limitations based on weather conditions, time constraints, and other factors.
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. The customer may be required to pay for services rendered up to the point of termination.
Recurring services may be canceled with 1 days' notice.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the customer fails to meet their responsibilities under this agreement.
The Company carries appropriate insurance coverage to perform the services provided. However, the Company is not liable for damage to property or the lawn that is outside the scope of the agreed services or caused by factors beyond our control.
The customer agrees to hold the Company harmless for any incidents or damages resulting from their failure to remove obstacles from the lawn or failure to provide accurate information regarding property conditions.
Any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with the services provided shall be resolved through informal communication. If necessary, the dispute will be resolved via mediation or binding arbitration.
The Company may collect personal information, including contact details, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. This information is used solely for business purposes, including communication regarding services and billing.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
By utilizing the services of A & N Family Lawn Care, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
